Submitting Articles
Members and preservation friends are encouraged to submit articles for possible publication in the Chester County Ledger. We reserve the right to edit articles and announcements for content and length, with changes to be vetted by the submitter. All articles must be submitted as Microsoft Word documents and all images must be submitted as jpegs. The Editor reserves the right to reject or to refuse to accept any article, image, or announcement submissions that are deemed unsuitable for publication. Hardcopies and pdfs of articles and images will not be accepted abd will not be returned.
Please contact the Editor for a copy of the "Authors' Publishing Guidelines for the Chester County Ledger" and the "Authors Style Sheet for the Chester County Ledger" before submitting any articles, announcements, or images.

Rates are subject to increase without prior notice.
Your organization may advertise in both the Spring and Fall Ledger issues, but discounted rates for two advertisements will only be offered to advertisers who submit ad copy, contracts, and checks by the January 23rd advertising deadline. Advertisements will not be accepted after this date. Ads must be supplied in ready-to-go digital jpeg format only. Hardcopies and PDFs will not be accepted. The Editor of the Ledger reserves the right to reject or refuse to accept any advertisement that is not in a ready-to-go format, or is deemed unsuitable for publication. The position of the advertisements will be determined by the Editor and Graphics Editor. CCHPN does not necessarily endorse the content of advertisements.
